This past March, at SoHo Studios 4000 people were packed into a warehouse in Wynwood, Miami, to witness the greatest debut performance of two techno pioneers, Adam Beyer and Cirez D. The incredible performance sold out within minutes, being one of the lucky packed people, there was hope and prayer that this will not be the last time seeing these two talented artists perform together.
Adam Beyer 🔲 Cirez D, is an original experience, a unique installation and creative concept to allow the two artists to perform spontaneously and simultaneously. Designed by the team behind Eric Prydz EPIC shows, the production was developed and designed to push the boundaries of how techno can be presented, while immersing back to the essential rave experience. When developing this show it was imperative for both artists that the production exists in service of the music, this is a collaborative DJ performance, and improvisation and fluidity are paramount for Beyer and Prydz when crafting their sets.
Drumcode has been one of the defining techno labels for the last two decades, label-boss Adam Beyer spent over 20 years sculpting his craft in the booth to becoming its own festival and most respective selectors.
