Your Paradise Fiji, the South Pacific’s premiere destination electronic music event, has released an after movie recapping its 2017 edition. This video coincides with the recent on sale for this year’s event, December 7-13 2018 event which is anticipated to be a further continuation of its prowess as one of the world’s most iconic parties.
The Your Paradise 2017 after movie sums up its unique fusion of forward thinking musical programming with the idyllic tropical setting of Fiji. 2017 highlights offer a look into the Your Paradise journey charted by fans and artists alike defined by intimate venues, adventure driven activities, and the comfort of the event’s luxurious resort home.
In 2017 YP family were treated to standout moments like OWSLA’s takeover of the Mainstage; a unique party which saw Getter, What So Not, Mija, Jauz, and Carmada all playing back to back as ‘OWSLA All Stars’. Other moments included What So Not and Mija heading up the OWSLA takeover of Mala Mala Beach Club, Billy Kenny’s sandbank soirée, Amine Edge & Dance’s Cloud 9 party, Justin Martin’s house into drum n’ bass mainstage appearance, and various standout sets from NGHTMRE, Jauz, Getter and many more showings woven into Fiji’s inimitable natural setting.
Complimentary to Your Paradise Fiji’s finely curated programming are the wide-ranging amenities available to guests of the island. Attendees will be able to basque in the sun on idyllic white-sand beaches, surf the iconic offshore breaks, and snorkel with the abundance and exotic and colourful fish inhabiting the surrounding crystal clear waters. Your Paradise are also offered unique opportunities to dance on the mid-ocean sandbars, party with their favorite DJs on floating venues, and sail the South Pacific Ocean.
The two island resorts, a short 25 minute boat ride from each other, will provide a unique interactive experience whilst maintaining the intimate experience that forms the foundation of Your Paradise Fiji.
Your Paradise Fiji 2018 is set to be a truly unparalleled destination festival experience as it readies for one of its strongest installments to date.
Due to space being extremely limited, it is highly recommended that those those seeking to join in the fun secure their spot as soon as possible.
There is no denying that Your Paradise was a luxurious experience. But luxury doesn’t have to feel wasteful. Unlike Fyre Festival, which relied heavily on an image of partying influencers to draw attendees and was hardly focused on the artists at all, Your Paradise is different….it eradicated the audience-artist divide. There was no glitz. No fuss. It’s a festival rooted in the shared experience of listening and dancing to music - NYLON
Your Paradise is not like a regular festival where you fly somewhere random and they pay you a ton of money to play on a huge stage. I would actually pay money to come here and to get to play music. - Jauz via FORBES
Being so close to the crowd lets me build off their energy and they can feed off mine, too. Personally, having everyone close by feels more high energy. Though bigger events have really cool production and sick stages, nothing beats meeting and hanging out with people afterwards. - NGHTMRE via FORBES
There truly is nothing like it, especially considering how intimate the crowd will be at a cap of 600 attendees - FORBES
Your Paradise is truly a once-in-a-life experience that goes beyond music. From surfing to snorkeling and other seaside activities, festival goers were more than occupied from sunrise to sunset, and then some - Billboard
….quite possibly the best destination music experience in the world. Its the crowd, a small group of only 600 travelers, and obviously the location that make it so special. It’s a summer camp in paradise, helmed by a lineup that spans genres but is never short on good vibes - Dancing Astronaut
