The wait is finally over and the people from Movement Detroit has released their anticipated lineup for 2018. Movement Music Festival Detroit (home of techno) will return to Hart Plaza for another family-fun, techno reunion. Bring your techno friends and family to one of the greatest underground techno festivals in the US being held on Memorial Day Weekend - May 26th - 28th, 2018.
The full lineup delivers a wide variety of house and techno expanding all realms of music from classical to dirty underground hip/hop. Offering loads of top elite techno artists of headliners from Claude VonStroke, Wu-Tang, and a special back-to-back performance from Loco Dice and The Martinez Brothers. Following the headliners is Carl Craig, Charlotte de Witte, Delano Smith, Eddie Fowlkes, Ellen Allien, Golf Clap, Helena Hauff, Mrs. Drumcode - Ida Engberg, John Digweed, Eats Everything, John “Jammin” Collins, the record breaker Joseph Capriati, KiNK (Live), Laurent Garnier, from the genius that brought you ‘All Day I Dream’ - Lee Burridge, Luciano, Maceo Plex, Mija, Seth Troxler, Solando, Detroit techno heavyweightStacey Pullen, Tiga, last but not least is the dark and sexy Nina Kraviz. A few of the Dirtybirds will be joining the roster and Claude as well - J.Phlip, Christian Smith, Justin Martin, and FISHER.
Up and coming acts include Andrés, Black NOI$E, Clark Warner, DJ 3000, DJ Godfather, Gene Farris, and The Saunderson Brothers.
