elrow, the legendary party series produced by Spain's Arnau family since the 1800's, is one of the most beloved dance music institutions in all of Europe. This Labor Day Weekend on Sunday, September 3, elrow's Bollywood spectacular dance party returns to NYC's longest running and largest electronic music festival--Electric Zoo: The 6th Boro--marking its only North American event this year.
In a kaleidoscopic explosion of color, elrow brings the theatrical flamboyance of the cinematic movement to the 6th Boro. Party goers can expect a mind-blowing set, Indian embroidery, incense, belly-dancers and snake charmers all set around a spectacular Taj Mahal. Artists playing the stage include Thomas Jack, Claptone, The Black Madonna, De La Swing, Marc Maya and a B2B set with ALX and Charles Meyer.
Electric Zoo's Hilltop Arena will be transformed into an exotic paradise, as stilt-walking Bhangra dancers and larger-than-life performers keep the 6th Boro citizens on their toes with plenty of surprises from elrow's special guest DJs and residents. Electric Zoo will be the only place stateside fans can experience this special happening.
The madcap Catalonian carnival has brought its unique, mind-bending party vibes to major European festivals like Glastonbury, Tomorrowland, Parklife and Hideout, and capped a massive 2016 by being named Club of the Year by prestigious U.K. publication Mixmag. Last summer, elrow made an undeniable mark on the scene with a ten week sold-out run at Space Ibiza. This summer elrow holds a residency at Ibiza's #1 nightclub Amnesia and is selling more tickets than any other show on the island.
elrow's penchant for inflatable flair, custom confetti, and bold imagery makes them a colorful outlier in the stoic world of underground clubbing. The Arnau family's 140-odd year history of throwing parties, and legacy for entertaining transcends generations making elrow one of electronic music's most infectious and compelling stories.
Releasing in spring 2019, ’20 Years – Forward Ever, Backward Never’ is a music album project you cannot wait to hear. The amazing new album feature new Cosmic Gate production and collabs with artists that have accompanied their career. Brand new reworks of tracks you already love will also be featured and others takes on classic cosmic moments.
This savage underwater creature swallowed the pirate boat in just one bite, setting the party-goers off on a surreal journey deep inside the Craken!
“While others only thought about going out to party and meet girls, I just wanted to play music so that people could have fun. It was also the way to connect with people…”
