As I approached the 40,000 square foot Cornucopia Majesty Yacht, I could not help but grin from ear to ear as memories from the first Bounce Boat flashed before my eyes. Luckily the weather held out for us this time at 76 degrees and not a raindrop in sight. The weather allowed party-goers to enjoy beautiful scenery of the city while congregating around a 360-degree rooftop sky bar. The sights that we passed on our journey around the Hudson River included the Brooklyn Bridge, Governors Island, and the Statue of Liberty. The unique perspective of these locations had me completely in awe.

Bounce Boat made a great investment by adding the professional lighting system and concert-grade sound. The effects and sound together made this experience unlike any other. The party started with the Campus DJ national championship semifinal, where the three best DJs of the East Coast went head to head to see who would make it to Nationals. It was an intense battle to see who could rock the boat the hardest, but Matsu X Flores came out on top!

Up next Anden, Shneur & Teo, and Dannic destroyed what was left of Bounce Boat. When Dannic dropped his remix to “Don’t” by Ed Sheeran, I immediately smiled and began to sing and dance. At that time I was on one of the upper levels standing directly over him. It was an amazing view as I looked out into a sold out crowd watching everyone clap their hands in unison. I was also thrilled when he dropped his new song that was just released the day before, “Undone.” Dannic played a strong two hour set with classics, new releases and even a bit of hip hop and heavy bass. He even stayed after the party to meet each of his loving fans.

Made Event and ID&T teamed up to create a phenomenal experience that should be on every house head’s to-do list. Looking forward to their next big production: Electric Zoo festival!
