Back in November, our friends at Beatport celebrated ten years of dance music with their #BeatportDecade series, “providing insight into the artists, tracks and labels that drove the evolution of its sound and culture, and interviews with the people who made history.” The grand finale of their ten-week celebration was DJ-producer, Adam Beyer.

Since 1996, Adam Beyer has used his Drumcode label as a platform to cut through the noise of the electronic music scene. Each release has reaffirmed the label’s mission to deliver straightforward, unpretentious dance music.

A prime example of this is the label’s current standing on the Beatport techno chart – with Drumcode showcasing three of its releases in the website’s Top 10. In addition to the accolades of the Swede’s imprints (Drumcode, Truesoul and Mad Eye) and successful nonstop touring schedule, Beyer has also won over an extremely loyal following with his Drumcode Live Radio show.

As part of the list of Mysteryland curators, we can’t wait for Beyer to bring Drumcode’s vision to MLUSA, where he will showcase the label’s next-level supply of DJ talent!
